Acceptance

By creating an account or using CoachlyHQ, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Eligibility

CoachlyHQ is intended for use by adults (18+) acting as coaches or as parents/legal guardians of children participating in coaching. Children do not register directly.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when you create or update an account or player profile.
• Keep your password and magic-link emails confidential.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws (privacy, child safety, anti-spam).
• Don't upload harmful or unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape data.

Coach & parent roles

Coaches set their availability, send invites, and post session notes. Parents register their child via a coach invite, view sessions, and read coach notes. Both parties are responsible for the content they create within the service.

Service availability

We aim to keep CoachlyHQ available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or, in rare cases, take features offline temporarily.

Termination

You can stop using CoachlyHQ at any time and delete your account by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Liability

CoachlyHQ is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
