A parent didn't receive their magic link.
Ask them to check spam first. If it's not there, double-check the email is exactly the one you invited (typos and Gmail aliases like name+x@gmail.com are different addresses to our system).
Invite link expired.
Parent invites are valid for 30 days. Resend a fresh one from your portal's Invite History panel.
I can't change my email.
Email change is coming soon. For now, contact us and we'll update it for you.
